中国对外直接投资的风险分析

摘 要：中国企业对外直接投资近几十年来发展迅速，特别是在新时期，境外直接投资已然成为改革开放的重要组成部分。一带一路的建设、经济全球化和金融自由化的不断推进，导致境外直接投资迅猛发展。为了实现资源全球最佳配置，资本等生产要素跨国转移，为我国的经济发展、摆脱资源与人口的限制做出了重大的贡献。但是随着我国企业对外直接投资的结构及投资规模呈现出高端化和扩大化的发展趋势，在新时期世界宏观环境和国内经济形势发生重大变化的过程中，也面临着各种新老问题的交织和愈加严峻的挑战，较之以往更具复杂性和风险性。

本文旨在通过分析中国对外直接投资的发展现状及国内外投资风险理论，结合境外直接投资风险的表现形式，找出境外直接投资的风险成因，再根据风险防范的国际经验，给出一些风险防控措施和启示

ABSTRACT

Foreign direct investment by Chinese enterprises has developed rapidly in recent decades. Especially in the new era， foreign direct investment has become an important part of reform and opening up. The continuous advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative， economic globalization， and financial liberalization has led to the rapid development of foreign direct investment. In order to realize the optimal allocation of resources globally， the transnational transfer of capital and other production factors，which made a significant contribution to China's economic development and freedom from the constraints of resources and population. However， as the structure and investment scale of Chinese enterprises' outward foreign direct investment show a trend of high-end and expansion， in the process of major changes in the global macro-environment and domestic economic situation in the new era， they also face a variety of new and old issues. Intertwined and increasingly severe challenges are more complex and risky than ever.

This article aims to find out the risk of overseas direct investment by analyzing the current situation of China's foreign direct investment ， domestic and foreign investment risk theories. Combining the major forms of direct overseas investment risk，find some causes.Then based on international experience of risk prevention，give some risk control measures and enlightenment.

一.國内外研究文献综述

本节主要介绍的是国内外学者对对外直接投资的风险及其防范的研究现状。首先理清国内外对直接投资有关风险问题的研究，包括风险的类型、成因及其影响因素等，然后结合国内外已有的风险量化及其防范措施的研究现状，对其做些简要评述。

（一）国外研究文献综述

国外学者由于所处的国情不同，对境外直接投资的动因的分析也会存在差异，他们主要认为发展中国家进行境外直接投资主要是为了获取廉价劳动力和原材料，并降低产品的运输成本。另外，很多学者也以中国为例，对中国的境外直接投资的动因进行了分析和研究。Deng（2004）认为中国企业对外直接投资主要是为了获取市场、技术和资源等。Morck（2008）分析了中国国有企业境外直接投资的动因，指出企业很大程度上受到了政府政治目标的影响。

对企业境外投资风险量化评估研究上，国外学者也做了大量研究。Robock（1971）首先建立了独立与非独立的变量来衡量一国的对外直接投资的政治风险。Simon（1982）进一步发展并运用了这一模型。随着对东道国风险评估的关注加大，越来越多的学者认为对于境外直接投资风险需要从多维角度去分析。如从东道国政治、经济、社会文化三个角度综合评估企业对外直接投资的东道国风险。
