不断释放外事资源活力，积极融入高质量共建“一带一路”，深入推动成渝地区双城经济圈建设，持续推动共建西部陆海新通道，合力推动中新（重庆）战略性互联互通示范项目建设，服务重庆从内陆腹地阔步走向开放前沿。

We have continued to unleash the vitality of foreign affairs resources. We actively engaged in the high-quality Belt and Road cooperation， advanced the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-Hub Mega-Region， and gathered efforts for the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor （ILSTC）. Furthermore， we jointly promoted the China-Singapore （Chongqing） Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity （CCI）， positioning Chongqing at the forefront of opening-up despite its inland location.

11月，首屆“一带一路”科技交流大会在重庆举行。国家主席***向大会致贺信。此次大会主题为“共建创新之路，同促合作发展”。来自80多个国家和国际组织的近1000名国内外嘉宾参会。
