皇帝的新衣（剧 本）

第一幕 场景：皇宫里 角色：旁白、皇帝、大臣、骗子甲、骗子乙

旁白：Once upon a time, there is an Emperor who loves clothes very much.

皇帝对着镜子自言自语：Oh, how I do love clothes. I want something beautiful and new!

大臣走上前：Your Majesty, I heard two new weavers have come to our country.

皇帝很激动：Really? Show the two weavers in!

（大臣引领两个骗子织工上前。）

骗子甲一脸奸笑：Your Majesty, we can make the most beautiful clothes in the world.

骗子乙装作很诚恳的样子：Indeed! These clothes have a magic power. It can not be seen by fools.

皇帝很惊讶：Wow, it sounds great! When I wear those clothes, I will know who is clever and who is stupid. You must make them for me!

骗子故作窘态：But, the clothes are very expensive to make.

皇帝一脸轻松：Don’t worry. Money is no object.

（大臣带领两个骗子退下，给了他们很多金银珠宝。骗子们回到织布间制作新衣。）

第二幕 场景：骗子的织布间 角色：旁白、大臣、骗子甲、骗子乙

旁白：The tricksters are pretending to work on the clothes as the minister walks in.

大臣：Hello there! The Emperor has sent me to check on the clothes!

骗子甲指着织布机的位置：Well, well, well! What do you think? They are beautiful, right?

骗子乙双手在空中抚摸着不存在的布料：I have never seen such beautiful patterns.

大臣一脸疑惑，上下打量着空空的织布机：Hmmmmm...

骗子甲：You can see them, can’t you, sir?

大臣思考了一会，忽然醒悟：Well yes, of course! Such marvelous beauty! Indeed!

Well, I must return to the Emperor and tell him of your hard work!

（大臣退场，两个骗子相视而笑。）

第三幕 场景：骗子的织布间 角色：旁白、皇帝、骗子甲、骗子乙

旁白：After hearing such wonderful things, the Emperor decides to go and see himself.

骗子甲引导皇帝走向织布机：Your highness! Welcome to our humble store.

骗子乙空手托起不存在的布料，走向皇帝：So, what do you think? Isn’t it beautiful?

（皇帝打量了一圈空空如也的织布机，摸着脑袋走了一圈。）

皇帝假笑着：Oh, yes, it’s beautiful!

皇帝：Now tell me, when will these clothes be fi nished?

骗子甲：If we work through the night they can be done by tomorrow, your highness.

皇帝对骗子竖起拇指：Perfect! Then I will wear them for the parade.

（皇帝高兴地退场，在皇帝走后，骗子们开心地跳起舞来。）

第四幕 场景：街道上 角色：旁白、皇帝、小男孩、小男孩的父亲、群众

旁白：The Emperor is riding down the street with his minister for the parade. Crowds of

people are cheering and shouting of the Emperor’s beauty.

皇帝摸摸自己胳膊上并不存在的衣服：Wow, those two did a real good job.

大臣一脸谄媚：Yes, Your Majesty. Everybody loves your clothes.

旁白：A little boy and his father watch the Emperor go by.

小男孩一脸疑惑：Father, why is everyone saying the Emperor’s clothes are beautiful?

男孩的父亲：Because they are. Son, can’t you see them?

小男孩皱着眉头指着皇帝喊道：No! He is not wearing any clothes! He is completely naked!

旁白：The parade becomes silent, as everybody realizes the little boy is right.

皇帝大吃一惊，害羞地遮掩着自己：Oh my god! I’m naked! Get me out of here, quick!

旁白：But everybody, including the minister, was too busy laughing.

（皇帝用双手遮着自己跑下舞台，其他人都哈哈大笑。）
