怎样“打电话”

信息时代，惜时如金，于是电话就成了人们交流的快捷工具。约会、求医、寻亲访友、拜望老师、商务往来等，都要事先打电话联系。

打电话或接电话能反映一个人的修养，所以我们用英语打电话时要用规范的语言，并注意说话的方式及语气。

◆温馨解读

1.电话接通，说想找某人接电话时，应说“Hello!Could/May I speak to...?（喂，请……接电话好吗？）”或者“Hello!I'd like to speak to...（喂，我想找……）”。

2.询问对方是不是某人时，应说“Is that...speaking?（你是……吗？）”，不可以说“Are you...?”。

3.想知道接电话的人是谁时，用“Who's calling/speaking/that?（您是哪位？）”。

4.在向对方介绍自己时，用“This is...speaking.（我是……）”，而不说“I'm...”。

5.当接到对方打错的电话时，应说“Sorry,wrong number./Sorry,nobody here by that number./I'm sorry,but you must have the wrong./Sorry,I think you have the wrong number.（对不起，你打错了。 ）”。

6.当电话要找的人不在时，可以说一句“Sorry,...isn't here right now.（抱歉，……目前不在这里。）”。

7.让对方等待需找的人时，可以说“Hold on,please./Just a moment,please./Hold on the line,please.（请稍后。 ）”。

8.想要为对方转述电话时，可以说“Can I leave her a message for you?/Can I take a message?/Would you like me to relay a message for you?（我可以为你捎个口信吗？ ）”。

9.如果听不清对方的话，可以说一句“Sorry.I can't hear you./Sorry.I couldn't get through.（对不起，我听不清楚你说的话。）”。

10.拨打电话，但未拨通时，你可以说“The line is bad/busy.（线路不好。 ）”。
